Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

​Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We deliver across India using verified logistics partners. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

​Standard Shipping: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

​Note: Delivery to remote locations or certain pin codes may take slightly longer depending on the courier partner's network.

​Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

​Undeliverable Packages

If the courier attempts delivery and is unable to reach you or find the address, they will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including pin code) and a reachable mobile number at checkout. Zivera is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

While we strive to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues with our courier partners. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
